[Expected use]

This reagent is used to detect the content of albumin in human samples. It is mainly used for assistant evaluation of liver function and nutritional evaluation in clinic.

 

[Inspection Principle]

Serum albumin is positively charged in buffer at pH 4.2. In the presence of nonionic surfactants, it can combine with negatively charged dye bromocresol green to form a blue-green complex. The detection system monitors the absorbance of the complex at 610 nm, which is proportional to the concentration of albumin. The content of serum albumin can be obtained by comparing with the same albumin calibrator.

 

[Storage conditions and expiration date]

1. The kit should be stored at 2-8 C without light, and should not be frozen. The product is valid for 12 months.

2. After opening, it can be stored at 2-8 C for 30 days. When not in use, please cover the reagent to avoid contamination.
